This past month has been soooo bad for junk food and eating out. We have been so busy and I have put in zero effort to be healthy. So recently I have started clean eating ( so sad no bread) to lose that 15 lbs I want to get rid of. Meal prep is KEY I am too busy on weekdays to put much time inot cooking so I do it all on Sunday evenings. I was so excited to collaborate with IdealShape as I have heard great things about their products. I received the Ideal Sahek in Strawberry, so yummy! I have included a smoothie recipe below. I also got Ideal Bars in Chocolate Peanut Butter and Ideal Boost drink mix stick packs (tropical punch is my fav). -salads, salads, salads! no fatty dressings
-chicken breast with baked broccoli and asparagus
-spaghetti squash noodles with PC blue menu vegetarian bolognese
-Ideal Shape bars
-chicken and lettuce wraps
-clean eating stir fry
-sweet potato chips

I find using my Fit Bit definitely keeps me motivated and on track for tracking my meals. I limit my computer time to 45 mins a day now – couch potato lifestyle doesn’t help me stay in shape!
