Getting Fit with IdealShape + Meal Plan Printable

This past month has been soooo bad for junk food and eating out. We have been so busy and I have put in zero effort to be healthy. So recently I have started clean eating ( so sad no bread) to lose that 15 lbs I want to get rid of. Meal prep is KEY I am too busy on weekdays to put much time inot cooking so I do it all on Sunday evenings. I was so excited to collaborate with IdealShape as I have heard great things about their products. I received the Ideal Sahek in Strawberry, so yummy! I have included a smoothie recipe below. I also got Ideal Bars in Chocolate Peanut Butter and Ideal Boost drink mix stick packs (tropical punch is my fav). The bars are great for when I am on the go or need a quick hunger fix – they provide three hours of craving control. I am also sooo terrible at drinking water lately and the drink mix sticks help me chug that tumbler of water down and provide craving control as well..They actually taste like a great juice, I love them.

My Meals and Snacks:

-scrambled egg whites with peppers and green onion

-berries and yogurt with coconut and chia seed

-salads, salads, salads! no fatty dressings

-chicken breast with baked broccoli and asparagus

-spaghetti squash noodles with PC blue menu vegetarian bolognese

-raw veggies

-Ideal Shape bars

-chicken and lettuce wraps

-clean eating stir fry

-sweet potato chips

Strawberry Smoothie  // I am so impressed with this meal replacement powder. It is low cal and battles cravings for up to 3 hours- I hate hunger pangs! Use for 1 meal a day  or, accelerate your fat loss by replacing 2 meals a day. In addition to feeling more satisfied between meals, you’ll get daily nourishment with all-whey protein, fiber, and 22 vitamins and minerals. Plus only has less than 2g of sugar!

-1/2 cup of water

-1/2 cup of fat free yogurt

-scoop of ideal shake (strawberry)

-4 strawberries

-handful of blueberries

Blend and Enjoy! Love this for breakfast. You can combine the powder with only water as well and still tastes yummy!

I find using my Fit Bit definitely keeps me motivated and on track for tracking my meals. I limit my computer time to 45 mins a day now – couch potato lifestyle doesn’t help me stay in shape!
