Chicken Asian Salad


This salad is one of my favorites and is super easy to throw together for an easy meal. It’s also very delicious served in lettuce or tortilla wraps! I used a bottle of Asian sesame dressing, but the salad would probably be even tastier if you made your own dressing. If I don’t care about the salad being healthy I throw in a ton of uncooked Ichiban noodles…so bad but sooo yummy.

What you need:

  • 1/2 cup of grated carrot
  • One cooked chicken breast ( I marinated it in teriyaki)
  • 1 tbsp of fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp of sliced almonds or sesame seeds.. or cashews! mmm
  • 1 cup of lettuce
  • 2 cups of coleslaw greens  (shredded cabbage)
  • 1/2 cup of wonton strips
  • 3 tbsp of Asian sesame dressing ( for a great recipe click here )
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/4 cup of green onion



Combine everything and toss! Enjoy.    IMG_1893
